I moved into the Sales Engineering role as I have a passion which is key to support and expand market awareness of our products, technical expertise, innovation, and managing projects that will be beneficial to develop partnerships and solve the world\'s toughest sealing challenges. This quality helps me when I interact with teams that have differing needs (e.g, engineering vs. marketing) because I can reconcile perspectives. I work best in team-oriented environments that values collaboration, trust, and continuous feedback.
