ABOUT PARTH VASHI

I am a Mechanical Engineer & Currently working as a Deputy Manager in the Marketing & Sales Department at Thiese Precision Private Limited (Former TATA STEEL) company and Leading the Special Steel Hot Rolled Profile Division and expanding the business in the Domestic market as well as in the Export market. Overall responsible for New Customer Development, New Product Development, Raw Material Sourcing, Fresh order booking, Planning & Production, Sales, and Management of all the accounts of the Customer and Division Team.Additionally, looking over the Legal cases and proceedings in matters of Negotiation, Arbitration, and Mediation of the company, Dealings & liosioning with Government Authorities as Legal Authority.Also, Having experience handling the Customers of Cold Rolling Steel Strips and Hardened & Tempered Steel Strips.I have started my professional career as GET & after that commissioned as Junior Officer in Production, Planning & Control Department and gained core technical knowledge in various sections of Cold Rolling Steel Plant - HR Slitting, Continuous Pickling, Cold Rolling (4HI & 20 HI CRM), Annealing (Bell - H2 & N2), CR Slitting & Cut To Length from training to commissioned Officer.After that led the Team Automation for the special projects, electro-mechanical modifications, and improvements in the plant.Also, work on two major projects for the company 1) Bell Annealing Furnace fuel conversion & its Automation2) Erection and commissioning of CR Slitting Line.I have led & worked on the UV project of the company during the COVID-19 pandemic & developed the UV Sanitization Cabinet for a noble cause in collaboration with IIT Bombay.
