Learned Build and bind pallets and other critical skills to prepare shipments for other warehouses. Received First ever Gemba recognition for stowing 57% of heavy-bulky freight for month of May on the same day of becoming a full-time associate (blue badge). Became Prime star in July 2023 for picking most number of Items in prime week 2023. Transferred to Outbound Pick and consistently performed and received appreciation from Area manager for consistently staying top 15 percentile. Transferred to Outbound Pack and learnt new skills by being consistent performer. Learn critical roles i.e. Kick out Operator, Problem solver, Process guide and delivered positive outcomes. Received Gemba recognition and All Stars of the Week for Week 18 2024 for delivering 150% productivity. Received All stars of the week for Week 24 2024 for being top 8 percentile in productivity. Received Gemba Recognition for taking ownership of BOD (Outbound Heavy-Bulky) area during Prime 2024 i.e. performing Kick out operator, Problem Solver, Process Guide and Anticipating processing of all picked at destination items to eliminate the risk factor for Critical Pull Time.
