My core focus is ensuring high CSAT scores and fast, efficient call resolutions(FCR) for our clients.Coming from a technical background with a B.Tech in Computer Science, I bring a strong foundation in SQL, Java, and data analysis using Power BI. I’ve also completed an internship program in Data Analytics from Lagozon Edu tech private limited, where I worked on building dashboards and extracting insights from business data to support decision-making.While I enjoy solving customer problems and ensuring smooth user experiences, I’m also deeply passionate about working with data and leveraging my technical skills in real-world scenarios.
