TCS Digital Thread Sub ISU stands tall in providing the best PLM and ALM solutions among the competitors by connecting Digital Enterprises to various customers.I am responsible for heading HR Deployment team for IoT and Digital Engineering Business Group for TCS India, Hyderabad region engaged in HR Strategy, Talent Management, Employee Relationship, Team Building, Stakeholder Relationship, Leadership Engagement, HR Policy ensuring 100% compliance of various organization initiative and processes, and Hiring of fresh talent.I closely work with IoT and Digital Engineering BG HR Head and Digital Thread Global Head, primarily engaging into HR Strategy through thought leadership, Employee relationship, Critical retention, Stakeholder management and HR operations.In my previous role I have worked as Human Resource Business Partner for key Business Relationships for customers like Jaguar Land Rover, Rolls-Royce, TCS Aerospace, ZF, Apple and TCS PLM Solutions, Automotive and Aerospace domain being responsible for Talent Management, Talent Engagement, Conflict Management, Performance Management, Organization Initiative and Processes, Compliance and Special Initiatives.I had started my career as a Technical Professional in Tata Consultancy Services in Banking and Financial Services and Insurance Business Group as a Software Developer. With half a decade of Technical Experience I had decided to embrace my career in Management Role, in 2020 I had completed MBA in Marketing and Human Resource.I am equipped with sound Technical Experience, Business Management, knowledge in Global Market, and Emerging Technologies, which helps me to build HR strategy to add promising value in Business Growth.
