After beeing graduated in Statistics at University of Padua (Italy) in 1992, I worked at the beginning in manifacturing (De\' Longhi Ltd) and clothing retailing (Coin Spa).Then I joined Telecom Italia (1996) where I did many professional and managerial experiences in the following areas: budget and control, sales, quality control, customer care & customer operations. Now I\'m in charge of Assurance at Chief Operating officer (Governace).Involved in more and more complex challenges, I had the opportunity to develop my leadership and managerial skills in complex processes and in contexts of change/turnaround.Examples of projects of applied innovation that I helped developed in my company: predictive maintenance/assurance for TIM access network through AI/ML; cognitive technologies for customer engagement automation; process mining and robotic process automation.
