Senior specialist of the HVAC market with a strong and extensive experience mainly focused in marketing & sales roles supported by technical background, but with significant experience in different roles such as Service and Parts Manager. I lead teams focused on Product Marketing, Trade Marketing, Lead Generation and Digital/Communication.I managed business start-up such as the launch of maintenance contract sales business in Carrier and the challenge of opening from scratch the Italian subsidiary of Japanese Toyotomi brand. I have been involved in creating the Go-To-Market strategy of Johnson Controls Hitachi. I planned and prepared 7 editions of MCE - Mostra Convegno Expocomfort, several meetings and events such as Fuorisalone and Design Week in 2022. I managed sponsoring activity as well and one example is MotoGP with MarcVDS team, including customer hospitality at the paddock.I planned and held Customers and Sales Convention in Italian, English and Spanish language, and European/Asian factory tour.
