Maintaining database of employees -SAP ERP database to maintain HR records.· HR Operations tasks – All Work Day processing (HRIS management), Case triaging (ServiceNow), New hire processing, requisitions etc. Resolving tier1 queries.· End-to-End Onboarding (Hiring in Work Day, New hire contracts, Document management, etc.)· Bank Details Update, Leaves management, Employee & Background Verification, Enrolling for medical insurance.· Accommodation Allowances & School Fee processing· Forms Approval & Creating Reference letters (Employment, VISA invitation, VOE, etc.)· Responsible to coordinate between HR Ops & Technology team to deliver application and processes feedback + driving corrective actions.· Recommended appropriate resolutions to employee relations concerns and handled disciplinary issues and investigations of misconduct.· Preparing disciplinary, grievance and capability cases and assigning to relevant departments & handling queries from department· Escalating cases to People Management Data Lead if exceptions to policy, data interpretation or special treatment are needed.· Processing customer enquiries and request by applying standard operating procedures and utilizing problem solving skills for resolution.· Managing all service request cases raised and assigned to the team by responding/ attending to the request and closing it as per defined SLAs.· Handling queues like “Pay Review, File Requests, Special Projects (RTW), Form Guidance and Reference”.· Preparing monthly productivity of the team, providing process training to new hires and new updates to the team. Perform other duties as assigned· Making decisions in the absence of Team Leader. Supervising less experienced members of the team.
