All views are my own I’m a confident, self-driven professional with 15 years at Anthony Nolan and in the Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) industry. My career has spanned hands on scientific work, cleanroom GMP standard manufacturing, and cryopreservation to strategic business development and partnership building.For over a decade I have worked at Anthony Nolan’s Cell Therapy Centre in Nottingham as a Scientist and later Production Manager, overseeing cleanroom operations, managing a team, and delivering high quality manufacturing processes, from cord blood processing to adult cell cryopreservation and cell isolation.Today, I lead the Business Development and Account Management team to grow Anthony Nolan’s commercial arm. I focus on building partnerships across academia, biotech, and pharma to support the development of new therapies and ensure the seamless delivery of our services. I’m especially proud to be part of our ongoing expansion, including the opening of our first Apheresis Cell Collection Centre in Nottingham, which is now operational.Recognised for a growth mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in regulated, fast paced environments, I’m motivated every day by our mission to save patients’ lives.In addition to my professional role, I am the owner and designer of Accessory Freaks, a jewellery and clothing brand creating art you can wear. I’ve successfully collaborated with celebrities and brands such as Little Mix, Snoop Dogg, and GHD to promote my products and grow my brand awareness. I also run a blog and social media platform where I share insights and opinions on fashion, lifestyle, and wellness.Furthermore, I’m a qualified 200 hour yoga teacher on a mission to make yoga accessible to everyone. I’ve completed a 20 hour chair yoga course and offer online and in-person classes for all levels, needs, and preferences. I believe yoga is not only a physical practice but also a way of life that supports mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
