As an Assistant Professor at the School of Business, iLead, Kolkata, I have over 15 years of experience teaching financial management and finance specialization subjects to undergraduate students. I focus on helping them understand complex financial concepts with practical insights.I serve as the Course Coordinator for the BBA Sports Management program, managing curriculum planning and student progress, and as the Batch Coordinator for BBA 3rd year, guiding students through their final academic year. Additionally, my role as the Institutional Officer for the Student Credit Card initiative enables me to help students access financial support, making education more affordable.I am also a member of the NAAC Criteria 6 committee, contributing to upholding the quality standards of our institution. In parallel with my academic responsibilities, I am pursuing a PhD in Management at UEM, Kolkata, specializing in Behavioral Finance, focusing on the psychological factors influencing investment behavior.Beyond academics, I practice numerology, blending analytical thinking with intuitive insights to explore the world of numbers. Balancing these roles allows me to grow as an educator, researcher, and practitioner, striving to make a positive impact on my students and the field of finance.
