ABOUT PAMELA MUNDT

I’m a Marketing and Events professional based in Edinburgh, mostly working in B2B tech.I’m a generalist by trade and by temperament. I’ve worked across traditional and digital marketing, in organisations big and small, and I’m happiest when I can see how all the moving parts connect. Strategy, brand, events, content, internal comms, sales support. my brain feels happy when it can see how this all joins up and works.I care about doing things well, staying true to a brand, and building marketing that’s thoughtful, authentic, and practical. I’m comfortable standing by my ideas, and I’m equally comfortable listening when someone else has a better one.I have a brain that works a little differently, and I’ve learned that this is one of my strengths. It makes me creative, perceptive, and very good at understanding people. But it can also bring me struggles. Mental health is something I care about deeply - it’s shaped my life and my work, and I’m learning to be open about that. Creating kind, psychologically safe environments matters to me, not as a buzzword, but because it changes how people show up and what they’re able to do.I bring a lot of energy and personality to my work, along with warmth, honesty, and a strong sense of integrity. But of course i\'m going to say that, no one is going to admit to being a wrong \'un on here. Relationships are at the heart of how I get things done, and company culture and values genuinely matter to me.In short: I’m thoughtful, hardworking, a bit whimsical, and very serious about doing good work with good people.
