ABOUT PAMELA NEASE

Pamela Nease is the Founder of Nease Property Development and takes great pride in her upbringing in a family amusement business in the 1970s. Beginning at twelve years old, Pam worked the front desk and learned quickly about how customer experience will improve the bottom line. Building upon her early education and family business, Pam achieved an MBA/MHA from the University of Florida. For more than 20 years, she has brought intelligence and experience to help other practices grow their business and invest in medical real estate. As a developer, landlord and property manager of a sf MOB since 2013, Pam specializes in physician-owned MOB/ASC development. Pam uses her 20 year experience in practice development to help providers understand their options and benefits in developing real estate. Her goal is to maximize the value of the asset and typically recommends a JV ownership. During the process, she also advises clients on branding, design, floor plan efficiency, patient experience and revenue per square foot. Pam began her career in practice management & healthcare marketing alongside her husband in growing his practice with a start-up loan. She strongly emphasized justifying and providing metrics for every marketing dollar spent, for sound practice management. Pam has consulted many practices with analyzing ROI of marketing budgets, business plans and staff training to project management, business strategy, financial analysis, and net income growth. In 2014, Pam completed a 13-month,$5 million construction project for the new home of Southern Surgical Arts. She managed the loan process, and then facilitated all communications, operations and accreditation of construction and building while maintaining a great relationship with the general contractor still to this day. The sf building finished on time and on budget, and at first inspection, received it\'s CO. Pam worked diligently with the contractor and city officials for the site development to ensure the building contributed to the revitalization of Chattanooga\'s Southside. Pam’s passions are family, cooking, golf, snow skiing, scuba diving and back porch time. Pam and Carey, her husband, have four adult children and are expecting their first grandson in June 2023.
