During my studies I grew the passion for sustainability principles, in particular about how to align sustainability and financial goals of business by creating shared value for the environment, people and communities. CHEP gave me the opportunity to contribute to the historical transition in FMCG industry in Italy from a linear to circular business model (through sharing & reuse and “waste nothing”) as well as to experience how multinational companies interact with global economies and communities, in the attempt to understand how we can make this world a better place to live by using their might.
