Oversaw internal team and vendor delivery across scope, testing, and cutover. Worked closely with the supplier to maximise use of standard platform functionality, actively challenging customisation requests to protect long-term scalability and cost. Monitored supplier engagement under a time-and-materials contract, ensuring efficient use of hours and tight control over scope creep. Developed process maps for Customer Service, Warehouse, Finance, and Supply Chain. Created test scenarios/scripts and managed testing through to sign-off. Directed cutover weekend and data migration; supported warehouse go-live for 5 weeks. Successfully replaced unsupported legacy ERP, mitigating critical operational risk.
