Driving monthly PSI meetings with Sales & Manufacturing team including Business Head, Zonal Heads for M+18 months long term Business Plan finalization & to discuss any bottleneck/ limitation in reaching business targets (Considering Seasonality).• Leading Monthly / weekly S & OP & PSI meetings with Sales & Production teams for monthly article wise production plan finalization based on Bottom Up Forecast shared by Zonal Managers & weekly follow-up meeting to access any bottleneck in the set production plan. • Ensuring Inventory Supply planning for Primary Transportation of F.G from Manufacturing Units to 66 CFA Location for both Passenger (PLT) as well as Commercial vehicle Tyres (CVT) Monthly Volume Approx. 1 Lakh Units; 140+ SKUs)• Managing & Coordinating Imports from European Plants & High Sea Sales for OEM Customers like Mercedes Benz, Ford, Volvo, Audi, etc.• Managing reverse logistics of Service Reject / Claim Tyres to REC (Re-Engineering Center) for Salvaging• Managing Phase-In & Phase-Out (PIPO) article transition with minimum conflict with market demand; monitoring liquidation plan of long-term un-sellable finished inventory as well as RM LT Inventory• Maintain System Settings like Safety Stock, Minimum Replenishment Load Size. Etc in MADA (Master Data)• Managing & Monitoring KPIs Like RM Forecast Accuracy Error, CFA Inventory Turns, Inventory Structure as per guidelines from HQ
