I regularly guide employers through the ins and outs of managing their workforce and strive to be both accessible and approachable. I understand that employers need timely and accurate advice that is not only legally sound but also in line with the goals and operation of their business. In addition to day-to-day counseling, I regularly appear and advocate on behalf of clients in federal and state courts throughout Tennessee and Georgia, as well as in administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Tennessee Human Rights Commission.
