I have worked in multiple industries including finance, banking, utilities, disk storage, defence, nuclear, manufacturing, and retail I have worked with traditional project management methodologies like APM and Prince2, however I mostly use more modern ones such as Scrum and Agile.I have worked in large projects including a 400K Euro project in the banking sector. As Scrum Master I guided the team of the first commercial agile project in the organisation, which led to the entire site moving from traditional to agile methodologies.Primarily facilitating the implementation of XP techniques CI, TDD and ATDD, I am passionate about improving people, quality and processes supported by clear empirical evidence.An innovative, dynamic and highly energetic person, comfortable in handling complex situations with a proven ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
