This is an Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master role that involved mobilising a new scrum team tasked with evolving Quilter’s Digital products- Scrum Team Mobilisation. Mobilised a new Scrum team including defining ways of working for the team and helping the team form and build positive working relationships- Scrum Ceremonies. Facilitated Scrum ceremonies to coach the team in Scrum ways of working, keeping the team focused on meeting its Sprint Goal- Removing impediments. Identified and resolved blockers that were impeding the team’s progress- Programme Communications. Managed Project communications and reporting into a strategic Programme of work that the Project was delivering into as one of its key workstreams.
