ABOUT PADMAJA PATIL

As a dedicated professional in the further education sector, I have over a year of experience as a Learner Engagement Officer at CECOS College London. In this role, I provide 1-1 tutoring, support learners in achieving their educational goals, and enrollment activities to meet their needs. I also manage and monitor various administrative systems—both electronic and paper-based—ensuring accuracy and compliance with audit requirements. Additionally, I collaborate with the Compliance and MIS managers to complete monthly claims documentation and provide reports to center managers.Alongside my professional role, I have achieved a Master\'s degree in International Business from University of Greenwich, where I have enhanced my understanding of global markets, strategies, and cross-cultural management. My academic background also includes a Bachelor\'s degree in Biotechnology from Savitribai Phule Pune University, where I completed a summer internship in nanotechnology. I am continually expanding my skill set through certifications in digital marketing, human resources, and customer service, which reflects my passion for lifelong learning and personal growth.My experience extends beyond education. As an active member of Enactus Greenwich, a student-led organization focused on creating social and environmental impact, I have honed my skills in social media marketing, team collaboration, and project management. Serving as Executive Secretary, I organized meetings, maintained communication channels, and contributed to various initiatives that raised awareness and engagement within the community.I am highly skilled in customer service, administration, and teamwork, having worked across different sectors such as retail, hospitality, and education. My strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening abilities allow me to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, deliver excellent service, and empower learners to reach their potential.
