Our expertise includes HVAC and hydronic disciplines for commercial, industrial, retail and multi-family structures. Some of out projects successfully completed: theaters, office buildings, churches, schools, data centers, casinos, retirement/planned living complexes, financial institutions, and specialized computer rooms.FMI has one of the few state-of-the-art fabrication facilities in Colorado with fully automated coil line, automated liner cutting table, spiral duct machine, and computer-controlled plasma cutter. In-house fabrication allows us to produce cost-effective and high-quality work, including low, medium, and high-pressure stainless-steel metal duct. Our square foot shop allows us to produce duct work for other mechanical contractors due to guaranteed quality, fast turnaround, and unbeatable pricing.FMI has been a leader in Heating & Chilled Water Piping installation as well as Boilers, Chillers and Cooling Towers for over 30 years.
