MSc Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Bachelor of Business. Results-orientated business leader with a demonstrated record of accomplishment. I consider myself an auto-motivated professional with strong negotiation, analytical and leadership skills. Background in finance, management and business. My interests are in disruptive technologies, Blockchain, web3, metaverse, decentralised finance, and trading. The last few years have been life-changing for me, starting with the pandemic, which motivated me to seek new challenges, leave my comfort zone and emigrate from my country to a new continent. My exploration began in Italy, where I spent nine months reinventing myself, starting by writing a book on finance, a subject I have always been passionate about. Then I moved to England, where I studied for a Master\'s degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation, my studies focused on Blockchain and Property, business areas that I am passionate about. On this journey and after finishing my Master\'s degree, I was able to observe the world from a different perspective, and I have realised that we have changed as a society more than many may think. During my research for my master, I have studied how the Blockchain has disrupted different businesses and how the Blockchain can add value to other industries. The Blockchain is making innovative changes in areas such as the supply chain, art, music and finance and could be the trigger for much more. All this has made me realize that companies should focus on new technologies, web3 and Blockchain, which is where I want to put the focus of my career goals. I believe that the new way of building business will be digital. Companies and teams must adapt and understand how remote and flexible working is the legacy of this pandemic and that this new way of working and relating are the skills to develop.
