ABOUT OTHMANE EL WARRAK

As a Lead DevOps/SRE Engineer, I design and operate resilient, automated, and maintainable cloud platforms that scale globally. My work spans multi-region Kubernetes clusters, cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure, and automation built with tools like Terraform.For me, the best solutions are the ones that disappear into the background — fully automated, low-maintenance, and free from constant oversight. I focus on taking complex problems and breaking them down into the simplest, most reliable, and easiest-to-maintain approach, often with less code, not more.I get energy from both building new systems and refining existing ones. Some of my proudest moments are when, months or years later, I meet someone who says, “That thing you built? It just works — we’ve never had to touch it.” That’s the standard I aim for every time.My approach: understand the goal, choose the right tools, build with automation and maintainability in mind, and plan ahead so the infrastructure is ready for what’s next. I stay hands-on, lead by example, and ensure what we deliver is secure, scalable, and easy to operate.
