As an SME, I help coworkers with design and technical questions. I also apply my experience in helping solving specific problems related to internal or third party products (PKI and HSM mostly). Then I produce content to improve processes or guidelines. I take part in cross training exercises to share knowledge within the team and across the company.I keep my role of consultant helping customers deploying our solution either on-prem (airgap or not) or in our cloud. I assist them all along the project from the workshop/design phase until handover to support when the roll-out was completed.
