ABOUT OSMAN T.

I am a professional with over 20 years of experience, with a strong background in academia, currently contributing to global operations as a Global Operations Support Administrator at the LEGO Group. In this role, I contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of global operations by supporting processes, collaborating across teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution. I leverage my analytical thinking, communication skills, and data-driven mindset to help streamline workflows and support operational excellence. Previously, I worked as a Consumer Services Advisor at the LEGO Group from 2019 to 2025, where I provided high-quality support to customers worldwide and contributed to a positive and efficient service experience. Before transitioning into the corporate environment, I was an Assistant Professor at Ankara University, Faculty of Political Science, where I taught and conducted research, and published in the fields of social policy, labour economics, and industrial relations. I hold a PhD from Ankara University and completed my postdoctoral research at Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen. I am particularly interested in process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and knowledge sharing. I bring a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to my work, with a strong focus on efficiency and operational processes. I am highly motivated, well-organized, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and a continuous drive for improvement.
