I am a motivated and detail-oriented aspiring solicitor apprentice with a particular interest in Mergers & Acquisitions and Intellectual Property, inspired by the oppurtunities to solve problems, analyse complex issues and develop my communication, research abilities, and critical thinking.I have a strong foundation in commercial law with skills and experience in legal research, transaction management, client communication, commercial awareness, corporate governance and pitch development.
