ABOUT OSBERT DING
Hey! I\'m Osbert, and I am a UI/UX & product designer. I am a designer who feels comfortable with ambiguity, experienced in user research, usability testing, and iterative prototyping. I have a background in media & communications, previously working in marketing, copywriting, branding, and customer service. I first fell in love with UX design because it allows me to be creative while creating something that is useful, solves problems, and makes a positive impact on a real user\'s life. Since my time as a community leader in high school and university, I knew my empathy skills and my drive to help others was one of my strongest assets and differentiated me from others. From the moment I was introduced to UX design, I knew it was the right path for me as it combines my passions in arts and design with helping others and bringing ease into their lives. My interpersonal skills and outgoing personality allows me to thrive in a collaborative environment, whether it is conducting usability testing, user research & interviews, working with the developing team or other designers, I have always been able to bring a positive and fun energy, which I strongly believe is a necessary ingredient to the recipe of success. I hope to develop myself and grow as a designer, and I feel driven to bring more accessible and delightful designs that will make a positive impact on users from various backgrounds.
