As a Learning and Development Consultant, I am responsible for designing/developing, leadership programs and trainings, facilitating soft/technical courses. I provide coaching and for all staff as may be requested. Additional responsibilities include:+ Working with other senior consultants, corporate leaders, subject matter experts, and regional partners to develop best practices with planning trainings and coaching+ Curriculum development for F2F and virtual training courses+ Talent Management including Career Development Advising for new and experienced leaders navigating their next step+ Deliver high level leadership development trainings to Executives and frontline talent.
