I lead the launch and expansion of Amazon’s fulfillment network, working closely with teams across Operations, Engineering, Real Estate, Finance, and Tech to bring new sites and capacity online. My focus is on turning network strategy into practical, scalable operating models that teams can execute on the ground.In the UAE, I’ve played a key role in enabling 15-minute delivery by helping design and launch the right mix of sites, processes, and operating rhythms to support ultra-fast fulfillment. I use performance and capacity data to spot risks early, improve efficiency, and shape future expansion plans.Beyond local launches, I also support and upskill teams in other regions by sharing playbooks, best practices, and lessons learned from high-velocity markets. A big part of my role is connecting the dots—pulling insights together and clearly communicating recommendations to senior leaders to support fast, informed decisions.I typically run multiple launches at the same time, keeping teams aligned on milestones, dependencies, and priorities. In a fast-moving environment, I rely on strong judgment, clear communication, and data-backed decision-making to deliver results and support Amazon’s long-term network growth.

ABOUT ARINZE OSAKWE
A business minded individual holding a first degree in Law and a Masters Degree in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Portsmouth. I have gathered a wealth of practicable knowledge in various aspects of life as well as developed imperative transferable skills relevant to a host of industries. These skills include but are not limited to, excellent communication, efficacy in presentation, public speaking, inter personal skills, research skills and methods, management, customer service representation, client management e.t.c.I have worked as a junior lawyer, intern, logistics personnel, consultant and customer service advisor. I have also championed various group activities in University as well as recently leading a consultancy team in line with my masters course requirements for the Innovation Management Unit. The mandate was to develop new strategies to penetrate the Asian Market in the United Kingdom, this we did successfully with much praise from our instructors as well as the company, Party Hard Travel U.K. New travel and event packages were also recommended through our consultancy project. I also have a diploma degree from N.I.I.T for project management basics. Upon completion of my Maters Degree, I joined Enterprise Rent-a-Car’s graduate scheme as a management Trainee where I quickly progressed and was promoted to an Management Assistant at one of the local branches before I was poached my Amazon to be an Area Manager where I currently ply my trade. I am currently managing a complex group of process and people, carrying out several projects.
