I recently got a position, and unless it meets the following conditions. You would be wasting my time and yours. Thanks for your understanding.1. I don\'t like contract to hire. if you don\'t want to take a chance on me, I likely won\'t like to take a chance on you and your company.2. I\'m no longer in a place in my life where I can do DoD contracting. I can no longer financially tolerate the volatility of such work or the travel typically required. I won\'t take a job that doesn\'t offer Health Benefits, no matter what the pay. This just seems like a cost saving measure at the expense of the employee and I don\'t want to work for a company that does that.4. I won\'t work for or as a contractor for the NSA. I have moral objections to the work involved.5. I won\'t consider a position that requires me to move out of Alaska at my own expense. If you want me that badly you can help me out. I\'ve been fielding a bunch of prospect calls lately and they have all fallen into one of these categories. I can understand the challenges of hiring good people in the right place but you have to give to get as the saying goes.Systems Administrator and Oracle DBA. Storage Administrator.
