Work with attorneys, banks, title companies and clients to effectively take the deal from inception to post-closing. Extensive experience in preparing all necessary closing documents including searches and transfer tax preparation on ACRIS, review of title reports, surveys in the daily handling of acquisitions, sales, permanent loans, constructions loans and mezzanine loans of commercial buildings, mixed-use properties, shopping centers and development rights in New York City, Michigan, Chicago and Alabama and assisting clients in Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. Dealings with the Department of Housing Preservation and Development and the US Department of Housing and Urban Development working with them to obtain consents and approvals. Knowledge of UCC preparations and filings. I am essentially responsible in ensuring that all documents and other requirements needed to complete each deal are obtained. Working diligently and demonstrating strong client relationships and communication skills. Drafting and filing of articles of organization/incorporation for LLC\'s and corporations, applications for authority, obtaining Tax identification numbers along with operating agreements, resolutions and certificates. Experience with the review of leases and preparation of lease abstracts.
