Process engineering, industrial engineering, ECN´s, Deviation, New products introduction, startup plant in new facility management.Headcount definition according Forecast and Budget through evaluate plant capacity considering UPPH, UPH and Labor variance.Supports Operations Director and assists the team by focusing on schedules, velocity tracking and dependency management.Work with the leads and production team to develop and track against production plan reflective on the defined project goals and set by the company.Anticipate bottlenecks, clarifies project priorities, identify risks and escalates issues that cannot be internally resolved.Clearly defines all workflows, communicates documented processes and ensure all practices are being refined and tuned learnings.Provides regular status reports and capacity plan updates with the team and with management.Ensuring that all aspects of the production area completed within budget.Oversees the cost effectiveness and planning on the entire production process.Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.Achievements: Change operations to new facility without customers affectations.
