I build CX systems that scale: the tooling, routing logic, and automation that make support teams faster, calmer, and more consistent. At Spring Health, I lead CX Tooling, owning the support platform ecosystem and the operating model (intake, governance, routing, automation, and vendor partnerships). I lead multiple vendors to deliver platform improvements, automation, and measurable operational outcomes. Recent outcomes include-$1.1M+ in annualized automation savings- 600+ labor hours/month eliminated through workflow automation and orchestration- AI deflection improved from ~40% to ~60% through enablement and experience design- Rebuilt routing architecture to replace brittle trigger logic with durable, scalable decisioning- Delivered global telephony infrastructure + SOPs to support consistent deployment and operations- Hired/coached and managed a team of 3 CX Tooling EngineersBefore Spring Health, I helped scale operations at high-growth companies- Elemy: early hire (<50) during growth from ~$5M to ~$65M ARR (Seed → Series B), building teams and repeatable operating processes- Bird: led a transition to bring critical operations in-house from a vendor, driving projected $2M annual savingsI lead with empathy and clarity, pairing high standards with systems thinking because scalable systems only matter if people can run them.
