I started as a temporary employee working for Haggen Dazs. I have moved up in the company from a temporary employee to a Ice cream Maker Level Three. Which I have learned to make Ice cream complex flavors also use team work to have my team involved to trouble shoot. I became the line lead of my line which made me personally responsible for my team and my line. I had to conduct HACCP checks OPRP checks and conduct cleaning. I was also involved in Nestle Continuous Excellence on my line getting me involved in centerline,5\'s. I was a Designated Safety Leader I was responsible for my team safety and looking for at risk behaviors and instruct my team in safety. I then became a production lead interacting with Daily Operations Review also Shift Operations Reviews MOR WOR also understanding K.P.I. And driving NCE. I then was promoted to Production Supervisor.
