I am a BCS Certified Business Analyst with a genuine interest in how organisations work and how they can work better. My focus is on understanding what people actually need, not just what\'s written in a brief, and turning that into clear requirements and practical solutions.Over the past few years, I\'ve built solid experience across the core areas of business analysis spanning gathering and documenting requirements, mapping and improving processes, working with data to support decision making, and collaborating with stakeholders at different levels.I recently earned my BCS Practitioner Certificate in Business Analysis Practice, which has sharpened both my methodology and my confidence in applying structured thinking to real problems.Day to day, I work with tools like Power BI, Excel, BPMN process mapping, Jira, and Visio, but honestly, the tools are secondary. I am keen on problem-solving: asking the right questions, joining the dots between business needs and technical delivery, and making sure nothing important gets lost in translation.I thrive in collaborative environments where people are open to challenge and focused on outcomes.
