I believe that pushing yourself to achieving a fixed goal and also being flexible is the only way to achieving anything in life and this strategy has been working for me. I call myself a multicultural person due to the fact that I have been placed with various people from different cultures, origin, ethnicity, countries and I have been able to get along with them, their cultures, theirs beliefs and their way of life with ease. The fact that I speak English and French has been an advantage. Working and studying in five different countries has made me understand people and I have come to a conclusion we are different in appearance and in our mind. This evaluation has helped me work effectively in any place I find myself.
