ROLE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :Operation and Maintenance of Electrical Machines, Switchgears, Transformers, Power Cables.Handling Maintenance activities as per schedule.Achieving Overall Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance work.Identification of critical spares and maintaining inventory to avoid maximum downtime & productivity.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with overall operational activities. Responsible for Maintenance of HT/LT/PCC panels, MCC panel,Transformer, Over hauling of Motors, DOL, Star-delta starters, Heaters, Circuit Breakers, Cranes and Process Instrumentation. New Project Planning and Execution.Providing emergency/lighting power to the plant during grid failure/plant blackout by emergency DGs as per SOP.Plant start-up and execution after power resumed.Operation, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Electrical Motors, Drives, Starters, Heaters, Cranes and other lifting equipment, AHUs and Cooling Towers.Overall Operation & Maintenance of Germany made BRUCKNER Polyester, BOPET, Metalizers, LAPRA Coating, IDLE Printing, EREMA & PURUI Recycling Plant. Basic understanding of PLC, SCADA and HMI. Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of new ETP, MBR, DAF, RO plant & China made BEiER (rPET) Bottle Washing Plant.
