Moreover, I proactively address and mitigate potential hazards, taking anticipatory measures to guarantee the well-being and safety of both customers and colleagues- Welcoming customers at the entrance, offering assistance, and providing information on where the products can be found, I maintain a tidy and organized entrance area, contributing to a welcoming environment. Additionally, I serve as a security layer by attentively monitoring entry points, ensuring a safe and pleasant shopping atmosphere for all- When required, I am tasked with providing support to various departments within the store, including OMNI channel, cashiers, and the dairy and frozen sections. This versatility allows me to contribute effectively to different facets of store operations, ensuring a smooth and collaborative workflow- Capable of accomplishing tasks with minimal or no supervision.
