Lexipol is a software company whose solutions encompass state-specific policies, online learning, behavioral health resources, funding assistance, and news and analysis, including the online digital communities Police1, FireRescue1, EMS1, Corrections1 and Gov1. In my role as the Marketing Events Director, I lead a team that coordinates the company’s event strategy, production, and execution. I also manage all aspects of more than 200 lead-generating trade shows and conferences annually at the partner, sponsor, and exhibitor levels. My end-goal is maximizing and measuring each event’s ROI and lead gen, while achieving, and increasing, the company’s overall revenue targets. ACCOMPLISHMENTS Recipient of the 2017 Excellence Recognition Award, issued by CEO, Michael Davis, that distinguishes employees who do excellent work in the innovation achievement area, strengthen Lexipol operationally or financially, collaborate with others for extraordinary outcomes or innovate with new markets, products or services and demonstrate Lexipol’s core values; passion for winning, integrity, leadership, ownership and trust.
