Presenting the forecast trends, Sell in and Sell Out Data Correlation and the P&L (Shipment, Net Revenue and Gross Margin).• Major KPIs are Service (PFR), Inventory (stock days), Shipment Forecast (MAPE & BIAS) and on time project delivery.• Detailed NPD/EPD management in liaison with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Packaging, Sales, Finance, Quality and Regulatory Departments. • Ensuring best in class IBP across Europe
