ABOUT OM MATHUR
I am a freshman at the University of Colorado Boulder, pursuing a degree in finance, with a strong interest in financial markets and investing. I am particularly interested in understanding how capital flows through businesses and how macroeconomic forces shape outcomes in both bond and equity markets. I am actively building my technical skills through coursework and hands-on learning. On campus, I am involved in the CU Fixed Income Group, Leeds Investing and Trading Group, and Alpha Kappa Psi. Through these experiences, I aim to build not only technical fluency but also the soft skills that it takes to build a successful career in the world of wealth and asset management. Outside of academics, I am an avid golfer and fly fisherman. Both have taught me the value of discipline, patience, and long-term focus. I have carried these principles into my academic and professional endeavors. I enjoy the environments that reward persistence.I am eager to connect with others who share a passion for finance, as well as professionals with diverse experiences who are open to sharing perspectives and insights!
