Gathering and documenting requirements from project mandates and elicitation meetings with project sponsor and stakeholders.• Drafting high-level requirement (HLR) document to specify functional and non-functional requirements.• Developing As-Is and To-Be process flows, doing gap analysis and creating process flow maps.• Drafting business cases, business requirement and benefit review documents to provide justifications for projects’ viability.• Creating features, feature maps, use cases, use case diagrams and user stories for projects.• Creating wireframes on Balsamiq to translate/communicate projects’ requirements and functionalities to the software development team.• Using Jira to create backlogs, plan, prioritize and review sprints, and track the project development progress.• Drafting test cases and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).• Logging failed tests (requirements or functionalities) for corrections.• Completing and sending test reports, post implementation review reports and sponsor’s acceptance form to the project manager.
