ABOUT OLUWATOBI OGUNLADE
I trained at the best medical school in Nigeria–the University of Ilorin-and it indeed did shape me into the better-by-far Medical Doctor that I am now. The brilliant background I had enabled me to chart a clear career path, to become a well-rounded General Practitioner, while weaving in my passions for Dermatology, Research, Healthcare Technology, Medical Education, and Leadership. A little bit here, and some bits there. I believe medicine works best when it balances science with empathy and I’m committed to being a doctor who brings both to every patient encounter.I’ve always been curious. Curious about people… about systems… and about how small improvements can make a big difference. That curiosity fuels my interest in healthcare innovation, especially where technology and artificial intelligence meet real-world clinical care.I’m equally drawn to teaching and mentorship seeing them as ways to multiply impact far beyond my own practice.Leadership, for me, is not about titles… but about influence, vision, and the courage to act.Outside medicine, I’m simply Oluwatobi.A football fan. Occasional gamer. Voracious reader. And a writer who believes words can heal in their own way. Music is my reset button. The guitar keeps me humble: still learning… still fumbling.
