I develop and execute internal and external communication strategies that enhance Daikin’s reputation and engage employees. My role involves designing and producing visual content, including newsletters, infographics, brochures, posters, and social media materials. I also plan and coordinate employee and community engagement events, such as roadside cleanups and children’s art contests, to foster a strong company culture and community connection. In addition to managing multi-channel communication campaigns, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content that aligns with business objectives. I support video and photo production, including scripting, editing, and distribution, and oversee print production while coordinating vendor relationships to ensure high-quality marketing materials. A key part of my role is driving employee engagement by managing our internal communications platform (FUSION) and promoting initiatives that strengthen workplace culture. My expertise includes visual and graphic design, content creation, social media strategy, event planning, and digital marketing.
