Originally from Australia with roots in television and media, I\'ve spent nearly two decades shaping global brands and leading award-winning work across hospitality, travel, lifestyle, and technology.As a founding member of the c&p New York team, I\'ve played an instrumental role in the agency’s growth and creative evolution helping it earn recognition as one of Adweek’s Fastest Growing Companies. I\'ve led strategy for brands including Marriott International, Sheraton Hotels, Marriott Vacations Worldwide, Together for Girls, and Zenarate. My work has been celebrated globally, from the Koalas of NYC campaign that captured hearts worldwide to Sheraton’s award-winning brand transformation redefining hospitality for a new era.Known for my (relatively) calm demeanor and creative precision, I chart emotionally intelligent paths to growth, helping brands see the bigger picture, simplify the complex, and move people in meaningful ways.
