Since we are expanding rapidly at TR, you can find me moving pretty quickly in my day-to-day. Some of the tasks and projects I am responsible for include-Processing high volume new hires-Organizing and managing the onboarding process for my team-Thoroughly processing and checking new hire background checks and the I-9-Team WorkDay guru-Keeping my recruiters and hiring managers in the loop about where their candidates are in the onboarding process-Advocate for process change and efficiency for the recruitment process as needed-Running and distributing weekly open position and compliance reports -Filling in any other onboarding-related gaps as needed :)
