As the People and Talent Summer Intern, I worked closely with the international Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams. I sourced and screened candidates through Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, reviewed resumes, and conducted initial interviews. I maintained accurate and compliant employee records using Workday and UKG HRIS platforms, ensuring data confidentiality. I authored and distributed the firm-wide quarterly talent acquisition newsletter as well as the summer intern newsletter. Also, I contributed to the development of AI initiatives. Additionally, I supported onboarding by coordinating orientation sessions, managing documentation, and facilitating seamless transitions for new hires. Finally, I planned and coordinated the quarterly new hire breakfast, engaging with upper management to ensure a welcoming and strategic introduction to the organization.
