ABOUT OLIVIA ANDERSON

Seasoned engineering professional with a strong background in operations and project management, leveraging 8+ years of experience in a mix of aerospace and robotics fulfillment. As an Operations Engineer at Gulfstream Aerospace, I refined my expertise in Root Cause Analysis and overall Problem Solving. After Gulfstream, I joined Amazon Robotics as a Robotics Deployment Engineer, managing the implementation and optimization of cutting-edge robotic systems around the country. With a passion for driving organization and standards, I transitioned into the role of an Engineering Project Manager within the Project Management Office as part of the Strategy & Operations team. As part of the PMO Team, I lead cross-functional improvement projects, collaborating closely with teams across the Tech Deployment organization to ensure project success, streamline processes, and manage project compliance and governance.In my current role as a Senior Project Manager for KPI Solutions, I lead multiple complex project schedules, scope, budgets and vendors to deliver unique, customer solutions. I hold an Industrial & Systems Engineering degree from Pennsylvania State University, which provided me with a solid foundation in Business & Engineering. I am deeply committed to delivering excellence and thrive on the challenges that come with managing complex projects.Outside of work, I enjoy going to the beach, reading, cooking and staying active.
