ABOUT JESSICA RANNOW

Jessica Rannow has had a prominent career in the global supply chain industry. As a Senior Program Manager at KPI Solutions, she is working with large corporations to provide innovative solutions and expertise that enable them to achieve higher performance. She is working with automation technology including AutoStore systems and AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots) to reduce labor and increase throughput for several clients. Prior to this role, she was the Senior Program Manager for Customer Operations Strategic Initiatives at AmerisourceBergen (now known as Cencora) and the Central District Operations Manager and Scrum Master for the Distribution Services Agile Squad. In these roles, she worked on network-wide process improvements, detailed network analytics, and cost saving measures for the Fortune 10 global pharmaceutical sourcing and distribution services company. She received Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and mentored twelve fellow team members through their green belt certification. Previously as an engineering project manager at AmerisourceBergen, she developed and lead novel initiatives to track serialized pharmaceutical products through the supply chain to support the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA). Throughout her career she has had the opportunity to work at other influential companies including JCPenney, Cardinal Health, Limited Brands, and Cummins.Jessica served as the 2016-17 President of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE). With members of the international professional society, SWE is the world\'s largest advocate and catalyst for change for women in engineering and technology. She served three years on the Board of Directors prior to her term as Society President. In this role, she facilitated the implementation of a dramatic Society governance and operational change for Society long-term relevance. She has filled many other leadership roles on the section, region, and Society level throughout her over twenty-five years of membership.Rannow lives in a historic district of Columbus, Ohio. She is actively involved in the Columbus, Ohio community through Junior League of Columbus and the Kappa Alpha Theta Columbus Alumnae Chapter. She previously served on the University of Wisconsin-Madison Industrial and Systems Engineering Advisory Board and is a senior member of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers (IISE).
