ABOUT OLIVER EDGECOMBE

Oliver Edgecombe has over sixteen years of experience working in the UK property industry. He has worked alongside financial advisors, managed a successful independent estate agency, and is now working as a business development specialist for a market-leading conveyancer. Thanks to his wide-ranging experience, he has excellent knowledge and understanding of the industry. He began his estate agency career working in the corporate world, before moving to an independent agency two years later. Drawing on his experiences in both the corporate and independent sectors, he successfully grew his office into the local market leader. Having achieved everything he wanted to with agency and with his wife due to having their firstborn he decided to change career paths and move to the opposite side of the industry. He took up the position of business development manager for one of the UK’s leading conveyancers. Oliver is passionate about providing clients (business-to-business and consumer) with the highest possible level of service. His experience has shown him that there are often barriers to communication between estate agents and solicitors, and he aims to bridge this gap by providing professional support, knowledge, training, and communication to all his clients. He understands how to enhance the overall service and efficiency of conveyancers and estate agents and how to provide the best customer journey from the initial stages of listing or buying a house to completing a transaction. Oliver has been fortunate enough to work alongside some of the largest and most reputable independent estate agents in the southwest over the last six years, and to this day he continues to forge solid partnerships with a wide range of estate agents. Outside of work, he enjoys spending a lot of his free time in the woods with his children. He is also a keen camper with his family where he enjoys paddleboarding, photography, trail running, and genuinely being outside in the elements. He is also the joint owner of an independent multi-genre record label, Pegdoll Records. Furthermore, he has produced and released music on multiple record labels worldwide. He has had his music aired on all major BBC radio shows and has toured and performed in the United States, Australia, and Europe.
