Wtech is a global non-profit community for Ukrainian, Eastern European and local women in tech and business. Our goals are empowering female entrepreneurship, exchanging business opportunities, and internationalizing business. Our mission is- to support gender equality, diversity, and inclusivity on a global scale - to support those women who had to flee Ukraine. To help with personal development and career, to expand the network in current locations - to support women who left Ukraine because of the war are fighting at the economic front, continuing to develop their startups and businesses. Wtech will assist in all possible ways. Since its foundation in Kyiv in 2018, Wtech has expanded to 20 countries with total of 27 branches.
